  Alvine holds a medical doctorate from the University of Benin and a Master degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University. She has over sixteen years of experience working in the field of public health. She holds several certificates to provide HIV/AIDS education, Viral Hepatitis C education, and RAPP. She is also a certified HIV prevention leader from the Institute of HIV Prevention Leadership with CDC/ASPH.
